My project is based on my love of fashion and more specifically streetwear. I have made a brand by comprising mood boards and sketches to get inspiration, and then followed that up with the design and making processes. I used many different techniques such as fashion sketching, pattern cutting and sewing, using both a sewing machine and an overlocker. I decided to sew a pair of cargo trousers and a poncho/ sweatshirt design for my outcome out of a heavy knitted jersey and stitched into that with a bright orange thread so that it contrasted against the black fabric.
