Showcasing my Final Major Project for my Graphic Design degree, where I explore the popularity of the houseplant industry through the medium of magazines. Tailoring for the generation of houseplant lovers, which also crosses over with those interested in the uprising of independent magazines, my final outcome showcased is an up-market, minimal and clean publication displaying gorgeous imagery as well as information as to how best look after houseplants. The first issue which I created for this project is themed as the “beginner plants” issue, and also comes along with collectible care cards which hold a more condensed version of information on the plant care, and also come adorned with painted images of the plants that I created.
