Director, co-producer, art director, animator, performer and editor. Revival is a trilogy of short music videos with lyrics exploring an emotional journey towards hope and rebirth. The storyline follows a female protagonist as she goes through an emotional transformation, after a significant obstacle in her life. The piece touches upon mental health, specifically anxiety and depression as the main obstacles, and overcoming these challenges on the journey to becoming a better version of oneself. Each music video will correlate to a chapter in the story of rebirth, as follows Dream, Descent, Ascent. Drawing on surrealism and abstract art, the aim was to create an experimental and evocative piece that explores a transmedia narrative.
