Unwound is a rotoscoped short film following an overworked woman who manifests a store full of her childhood plushies to cope with the possibility of losing her job. The film aims to highlight how women have been disproportionately affected by job losses during the pandemic, and explores themes such as burnout, nostalgia, and mental health.
