Isobel Sherlock-Fuidge

Izzy explores her own life and experiences through the camera lens, creating honest images that capture the world around her. Her various projects often play with the relationship of something inserted into the image and physical manipulation. She regularly uses the relationship between text and image to enhance her photos, labelling things not visible in the frame or issuing specific instructions to the viewer.  Her work ‘A Moment Alone’ is a self-portrait series that follows her struggles with body image. And her last project ‘Childhood Changes’ created collages of locations from her childhood, trying to capture the ways they have changed.
