Helping the Mind is a project dedicated to finding a remedy for those who struggle with their mental health, through the use of textile design. From friends and family, I have collected a range of colour and patterns which give comfort and security to those who are at their lowest point. Each colour represents an individual, presenting their true colour of happiness and expressing their emotions through the beauty and passion of textile design.
