My Final Major Project was based on Tarot Cards. My project aimed to gain a better understanding of the deck and create a garment inspired by the title, meaning and symbolism of a card. Throughout the design process, I drew influences from Game of Thrones costume designer, Michele Clapton, and the Dior 2021 Spring Collection. My final outcome was a dress inspired by The Hermit, using the imagery of the lamp as the main basis of my design.
