For my foundation final major project, I focused on branding a fictional skincare company, Azure Organic Skincare. I designed the company logos, the colour scheme, the gift box packaging, the pattern design on the product’s packaging, and the product labels. I worked in Photoshop, and I used mock-ups to create these final product designs. My skincare brand was organic and natural, and influenced by a sea and sky theme. I wanted to create modern and exciting packaging for a youthful and environmentally friendly target market. For my final outcomes, I designed a full range of 8 skincare products presented together as a gift set, and I designed gift box packaging. I chose to promote sea ingredients like seaweed and sea salt which are known for their health properties. I created a pattern inspired by seaweed underwater to use on my packaging, and I used relaxing shades of blue to fit my azure theme.
