Final Major Project focusing on dissociative disorders. Main inspirations were the topic of creative madness, the surrealist movement, abstract expressionism and In Rainbows by Radiohead. I wanted to make something that resembles a sculpture more than a garment and I chose to make headpieces to tie it to my main focus, depersonalisation/derealisation disorder – the feeling of floating outside of your physical body with no direction, the feeling of nothingness and existing everywhere at the same time.
